Hands Up Foundation reserves the sole right to cancel or modify the Raffle. If less than 1000 tickets are sold by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9th, 2019, Hands Up Foundation, at its sole option, may modify the Raffle, by changing raffle to a simple 50/50 raffle, where 50% of the funds collected will be paid to the winner as a cash prize. The winner has the option of accepting a cash prize of $30,000, in lieu of the 2019 Mustang Bullitt.
